The JDA Model PFC Pail, Bucket & Gallon Filling Capping Machine is a heavy-duty packaging solution designed for high-precision net-weight filling and automatic lid closing of pails, buckets, and gallon containers. Net-weight filling delivers exact target weights regardless of product viscosity or temperature, eliminating costly giveaway and ensuring precise consistency.
Featuring an industrial stainless steel load cell and touchscreen interface, operators simply set dual Bulk and Dribble targets for fast initial fills followed by a high-accuracy finish. Containers index smoothly to the automated compression capping head, eliminating the manual physical force that causes hand, wrist, or back strain while preventing hazardous workplace spills.

Equipped with a positive-displacement 316 stainless steel lobe pump (or optional chemical-duty pump), the unit draws directly from tanks or totes to fill hot or cold products:
